High Bridge
High Bridge Park Disc Golf Course was established in 2002 in an abandoned neighborhood that had been turned into a City Park. All the holes are wooded with 2 holes rising in elevation and 4 descending. Two old paved roads are used as fairways with 2 holes crossing the upper grassy park area. In 2009, 11 alternate pins were installed, revitalizing and improving the diversity of the course. In 2010 a grant was acquired from the Latah Creek Community organization in the amount of $1000.00. With this money we were able to construct 2 Kiosks with signage. Also In 2011 new sponsored Tee Signs, and Next Tee Signs were added to complete the course. In April of 2011 the Spokane Disc Golf Association was awarded a grant from the Spokane Park Foundation amounting to nearly $5,000.00. This grant will buy supplies to enable us to improve acess from tee to pin on the elevated areas.

Basket Schedule
In the first week May, August, November & February the holes with alternate baskets are changed.
May - Longer or harder. All baskets in the A positions
August - 1-9 - A, 10-18 B
November - Shorter or easier. All baskets in the B positions
February- 1-9 - B, 10-18 - A
Note: Basket positions will vary according to the needs of Tournament Directors.
To avoid confusion, always take note of the 3 basket position icon-squares at the bottom of the Tee Signs with alternate pin positions.
The 'basket' icon is a 1" square that has a picture of a Discatcher basket on it. This icon-square will be moved to the left or the right - closer to the "A" or the "B" position icon-squares of the same size, depending on the current basket position.
Since these icons correspond to the exact "A" or "B" basket postions on the Tee Sign map above them, it's easy to see if your drive should go to the left or the right. .

Three courses are in the park. The recently installed Black Diamond Gold Course is the highest level of difficulty. Wreckreator and Northstar, though less challenging are none the less difficult in their own right. Both have lots of trees and open fairways. A good selection of shots needed. Discs, bags, and maps at Park Visitor Center. Sturdy shoes recommended. $6/vehicle/day fee.
